But who could be this lucky guy? Several rumors are once again whirling around in the online world and claiming that Selena Gomez and Charlie Puth might have a romantic date this Valentine's Day. Wait, what?
The duo, Selena Gomez and Charlie Puth, have apparently been surrounded by dating rumors ever since their first song duet entitled "We Don't Talk Anymore" come out.
"I just met him a few months ago and we hit it off and we're having so much fun," Selena Gomez previously said, according to Billboard. "[Charlie] pulls out the best in me. It's really great. He's super talented and it was fun. It just kind of happened organically, to be honest," she added.
Adding fuel to the dating rumors flame is when Charlie Puth previously posted a photograph in his official Instagram account, where fans rushed to speculate that he took the picture in Selena Gomez's home.
However, both talented singers, Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez, were quick then to deny all those dating rumors and asserted that they were just good friends and that's it.
"We're not [dating,] that's for sure," while Charlie opened up about his relationship status with ET Online.
In spite of that truth, some fans cannot help but wish that they will end up with one another and strongly speculated that the duo might be secretly dating and allegedly, celebrating Valentine's Day together.
In any case, the question is, is there a truth behind these speculations and rumors? Is there truly something more profound going ahead between the two? While nothing is impossible, the reports ought to be taken with a grain of salt.
