Samuel Krost, the rumored boyfriend of Selena Gomez, celebrated his birthday with family and friends. But the "Come & Get It" singer seems to be absent.
The NY-based marketing exec shared on his Instagram the intimate birthday party that he hosted and attended by his family and close acquaintances.
He captioned the image, "All smiles, thank you fam."
But one person who was conspicuously absent from the celebration was Selena Gomez, who also didn't greet rumored boyfriend Samuel Krost on her Instagram.
Are they planning on a more intimate birthday celebration later on? Or the rumors about the pair's alleged romance were all overblown?
Only time will tell, of course. It must be said, however, that through all the rumors, Selena Gomez and Samuel Krost remained coy about the real status of their relationship.
Even if they split up years ago, Selena Gomez is still being associated with Justin Bieber even if she likes to carve her own identity apart from the "I'm Sorry" singer.
But the "Hands to Myself" singer admitted to Rolling Stone that she's sick and tired of talking about Justin Bieber.
"What I would love to be printed is that I am so beyond done with talking about that, and him," she said.
In November last year, Selena Gomez and rumored boyfriend Samuel Krost were snapped while having romantic dinner at a posh restaurant. Doubts regarding the true nature of their relationship were quelled when she stood up to sit on his lap.
"Selena and Samuel sat across from each other at Cipriani in New York City, holding hands, laughing and looking totally like a couple," Hollywood Life said.
"When they left the restaurant, they were holding hands again outside. So clearly they're not trying to hide anything," it added.
Selena Gomez's rumored boyfriend is said to be friends with Gigi Hadid, who's now dating former One Direction member Zayn Malik. Apparently, it was the Victoria's Secret angel who introduced the two together.
