Oprah Winfrey's 26 pound-and-counting weight loss story is what's creating buzz these days.

In a phone call conversation with fellow Weight Watchers members, the media mogul detailed her journey to losing 26 pounds.

"I was really at my wit's end," Winfrey said on the call, reported ABC News. "I've actually done no carbs, vegan, protein shakes and green drinks all in one day. What's different for me this time is I've made the decision is it's not a diet. The difference for me is I have made the shift to this is the way I am going to live for the rest of my life."

Winfrey said being healthy is more important to her now than ever.

"The ability to move freely inside your body is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself," she continued. "What I know more than ever is you are nothing without your health."

"I refuse to give up...until I get it right. I'm just here to not only to share my story but to be an inspiration to other people who want to share theirs."

The 61-year-old billionaire tweeted the new Weight Watchers commercial telling her 31 million Twitter fans about her 26-pound weight loss despite having bread every single day.

"I love bread," says Winfrey in the new commercial, reported The Guardian. "That's the genius of this programme. I lost 26 pounds and I have eaten bread every single day."

Winfrey took a 10 percent stake in Weight Watchers last year in October. The endorsement by Winfrey saw the company's share price surge by almost 20 percent.

However, there are rumors that Oprah even had a couple of surgeries to slim down.

"Oprah's fans are like a cult," a report from Celeb Dirty Laundry read. "She says anything is good and they will all run out and buy it. It's no different when Oprah is out there claiming that Weight Watchers is the reason that she's shedding all her weight when in fact there is more to the picture."
