According to recent reports, Selena Gomez is quite disappointed with her ex Justin Bieber for dragging her into court for his assault case.
Reportedly, the "Same Old Love" singer will be "reunited" with her ex to take a stand in a civil trial that would start on Feb. 16, as reported by Sugar Scape.
Reportedly, Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber way back Jun. 2013. Bieber allegedly assaulted Duran at the parking lot of The Commons shopping mall in Calabasas, California on May 27, 2012.
Accordingly, Duran was part of several paparazzi taking photos of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez as they were leaving a movie theater.
According to The Inquisitr, Duran's lawyer's stated through court papers that Justin Bieber "was enraged that Duran and other paparazzi had been photographing Bieber and Gomez as they walked out of the mall and then as Bieber struggled to pull his huge van out of the crowded mall parking lot."
The allegations continued, stating that Bieber "jumped and kicked plaintiff in the chest, punched him in the jaw and shoved him up against a parked car."
Apparently, doctors who did a routine check on Duran only found superficial injuries on him and police officers who were at the scene did not see any injuries on Duran after the alleged assault.
"The whole thing is a major pain in the a**," an insider told Hollywood Life regarding Selena Gomez' participation in the case.
"She's busy and when she has an ounce of free time, she has a million other things she could be doing. She really resents that's she's even involved in this whole mess, which by the way had nothing to do with her and everything to do with Justin."
Apart from having to be in court with her ex Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez was also previously reported to be dating Samuel Krost.
