Hilary Duff and ex-husband Mike Comrie had their divorce finalized last week. However, despite their recent split, the two were spotted enjoying a family holiday in Maui, Hawaii with their three-year-old son, Luca Comrie.
The "Younger" star took to Instagram to share a selfie from the vacation. She posted a picture of herself, her former hockey player husband along with her son and Ty Comrie, Comrie's younger brother.
"#familyfirst#mauivibes Mikey, me, Luc and @tycomrie," Hilary captioned the Instagram picture, reported Hello Magazine.
The actress also shared a picture of her and her son enjoying at the beach.
"My blue eyed boy...you crush me," Hilary captioned the picture.
It's interesting to note that the family trip happened just days after the divorce got finalized.
According to TMZ, Hilary Duff has been ordered to pay $2,408,786 to Mike Comrie in a bid to settle their financial split.
As part of the divorce settlement, Duff gets the ownership of the Beverly Hills home and the Malibu home, while her ex-husband will keep his 2013 Mercedes G-Class SUV, 2014 Bentley coupe and some jewelry with him.
The couple will share joint custody of their son Luca. They will share costs related to their son.
Last month, the actress talked about her divorce on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
"We have such a great kid, and we're both so obsessed with him," Hilary said, according to E Online. "We are good friends and we laugh a lot and we have a great communication. We share pictures when one is not with Luca. Yeah, he's great. We are great and we keep on trucking."
Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie began dating in 2007. They got engaged in February 2010 and tied the knot in August 2010. The couple announced in January 2014 that they were ending their four-year-old marriage because of irreconcilable differences.
