Amal and George Clooney go on a double date with best pals Randy Gerber and Cindy Crawford.
Mail Online reported that the high-profile couples enjoyed a date night together last week. Crawford, 49, was spotted leaving The Sunset Tower Restaurant in West Hollywood with her husband, Rande Gerber, 53.
Afterwards, Amal, 38, and George Clooney, 54, were also seen exiting the place.
The publication noted that the foursome often spends time together since Rande and George have known each other for 20 years. They also celebrated Amal's birthday last Feb. 3.
"We had a couple of drinks," Gerber said of his friendship with Clooney. "We started hanging out. We just enjoyed each other's company."
The businessmen BFFs are part owners of Casamigos Tequila along with their friend, Mike Meldman.
According to International Business Times, the business came about after Gerber and Clooney drank tequila all night long while they set up their homes in Mexico. At one time, they also received a call from the distillery saying that they needed to get a license for all the liquor that they're receiving.
"For the past two years, we've sent you a thousand bottles a year. Either you're selling it, or you're drinking way too much," Gerber recalled.
Amal and George Clooney have been plagued with divorce speculations ever since they got married in 2014. It was previously rumored that the Human Rights Lawyer has asked her husband to cut off his relationship with some of his best friends.
Apparently, George has had to sever his close friendship with Rande Gerber and his supermodel wife Cindy Crawford. It was mentioned that Amal cannot stand Crawford and finds her "uninteresting."
It seems that these are all hearsay, though, as evidenced by the group's double date last week.
E! News reported that Amal and George Clooney also spent time together on a romantic dinner date on Tuesday. They dined at Los Angeles restaurant Asanebo Sushi in Studio City.
