Carmelo Anthony and Dwight Howard are among the marquee players who have been dragged into multiple NBA trade rumors.

But the New York Knicks superstar insists that he's staying with the team.

"There's always some trade s--- going [on]," he told NBA Radio at Sirius XM, as shared by ESPN. "I'm not going anywhere."

The statement was significant in the sense that Carmelo Anthony is among the rare breed of superstars with a no-trade clause in their contract. It would be counterproductive for the New York Knicks to be looking at other players only for the 6-8 forward to veto the deal.

For instance, one of the recent rumors alleged that the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers have discussed a three-way deal involving Kevin Love and Anthony, along with other key pieces.

"When you're in New York, you're always up for grabs, I'll tell you that," he said. "Trades are always up for grabs. It's always, 'Who's next?' There's nothing guaranteed when you're in New York. But I don't pay attention to those rumors."

Meanwhile, Dwight Howard's name has been thrown around in multiple NBA Trade Rumors, but it appears that he, too, is not going anywhere

According to The Houston Chronicle, Dwight Howard should not be angry because general manager Daryl Morey also explored the possibility about dating James Harden.

"Some of that fits Morey's usual due diligence," it said. "Several executives said even of the conversations involving Howard were expected because Morey has always sought as much information as possible about his options in the week before the trade deadline."

"Less clear, however, is whether he would move Howard just to salvage something in fear that he would lose him in free agency," it added.

The NBA trade deadline is only five days away, so expect the rumors to intensify a few days from now, although they don't necessarily mean that a deal will push through.
