"Due to the North Korean rocket launch interrupting the TV broadcast, 'One Piece' episode 729 will air next week, Feb. 14," was the announcement posted last week.
The latest installment is entitled, "Flame Dragon King! Protect Luffy's Life!" Screenplay is by Hirohiko Uesaka and the animation director is Shūichi Itō, while the storyboard creator and episode director is Tetsuya Endō.
The official synopsis is available below.
"Luffy will be exhausted and fall for around ten minutes until his powers are restored, Doflamingo will then begin his attacks on Luffy. The Battle of the Nations will be featured. Meanwhile, Burgess aiming the fruit of Gomugomu is approaching Luffy!"
"One Piece" Episode 729 will focus on Doflamingo's and Luffy's dispute. The lead characters will try to overpower and launch attacks on each other, reported Yibada.
It seems that Luffy's bazooka attack is not enough to finish off Doflamingo. His body also took a great toll, because he used the technique he developed during training in Rusukaina Island. While Luffy struggles to regain strength, Jesus Burgess, who is the first ship's captain, may take advantage of the opportunity.
It has been reported that the anime may go on hiatus, but no official announcement has been made. "Nagoya Women's Marathon" begins on March 13 and it seems that Fuji TV will be covering the event. This means that the scheduled episode, may be delayed again and may be moved to a later date, revealed One Piece Podcast.
Meanwhile, Episode 730 will be aired on Feb. 21 and the episode is entitled, "Tears of Miracles, Mansherry's Battle!" Fans can watch the upcoming installment's preview below.
