Becky G expressed her feelings on social media post Valentine's day and some fans speculated it was all about Austin Mahone and his new relationship.
In a recent post on Twitter, the "Break A Sweat" singer called someone a liar although it was not clear who it was.
"Lyin King," she tweeted. "Mr. Serial Lover."
While she did not drop any names on the cryptic post, many of her followers immediately threw her their support. Some speculated though that the post was about the "Dirty Work" singer whom she split from last year. But other fans revealed that the tweet was just a line from Jhene Aiko's song. It was not clear though if the song was a shade of someone.
While Becky G seemingly appeared to be feeling low just over Valentine's Day, Austin Mahone apparently was on cloud nine and even made his new relationship with Katya Henry Instagram official. The "Say Somethin" singer posted a picture of him being hugged by the fitness model. Henry also posted a photo of them on her feed calling Mahone "my Valentine."
The simultaneous posting of the pictures had mixed reactions from fans. While others supported the new couple, others especially supporters of the "Empire" guest star were apparently furious. The California-born singer and the "What About Love" singer split in August.
But on the March issue of Latina, Becky G said her relationship with Austin Mahone was just on "pause" and they reportedly will get back together. No word though if it's still the same as the latter was now rumored to be dating Katya Henry.
"We both knew what was coming in our careers and that we just have to press pause for now," she told the source above. "Yeah. Keyword: pause."
"As tough a pill as it is to swallow if he finds happiness in another person, then it just is what it is," she further said.
