Fans continue to await more exciting details about "Sherlock" season 4.
As of writing, limited information has been released online about the show's upcoming run. And while it is sure that mainstays Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman will return to reprose their iconic roles, many are still wondering if Moriarty is still alive.
Sherlock's nemesis, James Moriarty, could have something up his sleeve as evidenced by latest sightings of him in Ukraine.
"According to Independent, Moriarty made an unusual appearance in Kiev, Ukraine," Australia News Network reported. "Although one would think that this is a brilliant marketing ploy from the creators of 'Sherlock' and BBC, that is not the case. The website reports that the image of Moriarty-with the caption 'Did you miss me?'-on the train screens was caused by a hack."
"Independent also reports that the motive with the hacking is still unknown. The website suggests that the reason for the hack may be as in-depth as criticizing the transport system's lax security or may be as simple as showing support for Benedict Cumberbatch and the series."
Meanwhile, previous "Sherlock" season 4 reports claimed that cast and crew are all set to film the upcoming run. Like the previous seasons, filming of "Sherlock" season 4 will take place in a studio and on location in South Wales.
"The drama, starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes and Martin Freeman as Dr Watson, is expected to be filmed at Pinewood Studio Wales on the outskirts of Cardiff at Wentloog," Wales Online noted. "The studio complex, which Pinewood rents from the Welsh Government, has 70,000 sq ft of shooting space, including two 20,000 sq st stages."
"The project is expected to receive financial assistance from the Welsh Government, which has a £30m media investment fund."
