Miranda Lambert may appear to be over Blake Shelton now that she's dating Anderson East, but the singer will allegedly get hurt when her ex-husband gets married to Gwen Stefani or get her pregnant.
"The tears are long gone. Miranda seeing Blake having his relationship with Gwen out in the open has eventually become more of a healing process for her," an insider told HollywoodLife.com.
"At first, she thought he was flaunting it, but it has come to a point where she sees he is just moving on and that is exactly what she should be doing herself. Admittedly, though, if Blake has a child with Gwen or gets married to Gwen, that will hit a little hard."
Many people would love to see Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani get married and that includes Miranda Lambert's pal Ashley Monroe. It must be painful for the 32-year-old songstress to hear someone close to her rooting for her ex-husband and his new girlfriend.
During an interview with ET, the 29-year-old country singer can't help but express how much she adores the No Doubt lead singer.
"I don't know if Blake's going to be here tonight," Monroe said adding, "but if I see Gwen I'm gonna high-five her because she's awesome."
"I met her when I sang with Blake at 'The Voice' a long time ago, and I'll never forget, she said my voice was 'dope!' And I was like, 'Yeah! That's awesome.'"
Ashley Monroe is also friends with Blake Shelton, but she didn't even think about Miranda Lambert's feelings when she talked about the country superstar's relationship with Gwen Stefani. She seems to be pointing out that they are not suited for each other.
"I think that any time you feel that in your heart, then you're a good match, you know," she explained. "You can find someone just like you and it not work. Find someone opposite and it does, and I like that about love."
Thankfully, Miranda Lambert has Anderson East to help her forget about Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. The songstress even sang together the classic Mariah Carey song "Always Be My Baby" at her boyfriend's Valentine's Day show. Watch their performance below.
