According to a new report, the 44-year-old filmmaker is trying to make a move on Scarlett Johansson, who is happily married to Romain Dauriac.
Rupert is directing Scarlett's new film "Ghost In The Shell" and he has been infatuated with the 31-year-old actress. However, she doesn't feel the same way about him and he may have given her actions a different meaning.
"Scarlett always gives directors her undivided attention, Rupert might be getting the wrong idea," an insider told OK! via Celeb Dirty Laundry.
According to the website, Scarlett Johansson and her journalist husband were having disagreements over which country they should reside since Romain Dauriac's work is in France. This issue has greatly affected their relationship and having an affair would most likely occur because of the trouble in their marriage.
Rupert Sanders is known more for being the guy that broke up Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson instead of being a successful filmmaker. His marriage with Liberty Ross also ended because of his affair with the "Twilight" actress.
If he was able to seduce the 25-year-old actress, then his charm could also work with "The Avengers" star. Scarlett Johansson has been married twice so hopefully she will be able to keep her relationship with Romain Dauriac this time.

As for the "American Ultra" actress, Inquisitr reported that she's more affected by the rumors than the actual split up from the 29-year-old British actor.
"She says that she's been harmed more by the constant analysis of her relationship with Robert than with the breakup and his subsequent relationship with FKA Twigs," their source said.
