This year ''The American Idol'' has risen up several notches in the popularity charts and the first winner of the season 1 Kelly Clarkson is creating quite a few waves. Recently her single "Piece by Piece" hit the number one spot at Billboard Hot 100.
Kelly Clarkson's audition was updated on YouTube for the fans to have a look at her journey. Billboard did an exclusive about the rise of this talented star and how her singles have been faring on billboard. Way back in 2002, Clarkson's debut single, "A Moment Like This", topped the Billboard Hot 100 too. Clarkson also appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and talked in details about her personal life and how she feels at this stage of her life. In another video, this 33 year old performed on the stage of ''American Idol'' her popular song ''Piece by Piece.''
Inquisitr reported about the musical journeys and the various albums of this singer which have topped the charts for the last few years. "I came off [the stage] almost in tears for a different reason because I was so embarrassed," Kelly talked about her performance in Ellen DeGeneres show. "I was like, 'Oh, God. This is my final thing on [American Idol] and I could not hold it together.''
"I was almost losing it almost the entire song," Clarkson talked candidly about her performance. "I was proud of myself for making it as far as I did."
Keith Urban talked in details about his emotional connect with Clarkson's performance and her personality which bares it all. This YouTube video had Urban talk openly about the ''humanity'' in her voice. "[Kelly's] just a phenomenal singer. She did a great job tonight," stated Urban after Kelly's soulful performance.
