MCU fans have a lot to look forward in "Thor: Ragnarok"
Latest updates and spoilers have detailed that the mighty God of Thunder will be teaming-up with an Avenger in the third flick. If these reports are true, it looks like the angry green giant, The Hulk, will share Thor's battle in the upcoming movie.
Apart from The Hulk, other notable supporting cast members will return to the big screen.
"For Thor 3 to bring back supporting cast members Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings), and Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgård), parts of the film must bring the titular hero back to Earth," Screen Rant reported.
"Given the all-seeing powers of Asgardian guard Heimdall (Idris Elba), Thor could potentially seek his assistance in locating Banner to bring him up off-world that way, perhaps even offering to help Banner in his quest of distancing himself from areas populated with innocent lives where he could be a danger."
As new reports claimed, the overall feel for "Thor: Ragnarok" will be the darkest in the MCU. To reportedly lighten things up a bit, Marvel has decided to bring in "Green Lantern" director to squeeze in some humor.
"It's so serious, so dark, that Marvel decided to hire a comedy director to bring a touch of lightness to the proceedings," BMD reported.
"Yes, Taika Waititi was hired to balance out the grimness of the script and bring it tonally a little closer to what Marvel fans have come to expect."
"That's what sources deep inside Disney are whispering to me, anyway. Waititi may yet be joined by another writer to help brighten the corners of Ragnarok while maintaining writer Christopher Yost's apocalyptic vibe."
Apart from Waititi joining in, it looks like some notable names in the comics world will make an appearance in the movie as well.
"One way that may happen is to up the humor between Thor and Hulk, who I have been led to believe will be not only appearing in the movie but will be playing a major role," the site conitnued.
