Canadian recording artist Drake shared intriguing news with his fans while hosting a New Year's Eve party at E11even Nightclub in Miami, announcing that his highly anticipated album, "Views From The 6" is "coming very soon," according to HNHH.
The "Hotline Bling" rapper closed out a very successful 2015 with a performance at the club. Birdman, 2Chainz and Lil Wayne were some of the celebrity attendees at the bash.
The songwriter and record producer stopped the music world in January 2015, when he dropped "If You're Reading This It's Too Late," which is an unannounced project. It later went platinum on iTunes, making the Toronto native successful, reported Vibe.
Drake's "Views From The 6" was first allegedly slated for release on Jan. 6, according to a Daily Rap video tweet in November but according to the latest rumors, the project could be hitting shelves a few weeks later.
Speculations grew as the rapper posted several pictures from his New Year's Eve party on Instagram, all captioned with the number 16, revealed IBT.
Some fans believe that the caption meant 2016, while others settled on the number as a teaser that meant Jan. 16, which they believe is the album's release date.
Rumors as well of Drakes OVO Sound Radio episode on Apple Music, may possibly air on Jan. 16, 2016.
"Drake keep putting '16' on his recent photos," tweeted a fan. "I wonder if he's dropping his album on the sixteenth of this month."
More fans took to Twitter to voice their opinions and speculations.
