"Mob Wives: The Last Stand" season 6 is set to premiere on Jan. 13. And VH1 released a trailer on what to expect from the reality series.

The Wrap showed an extended cut trailer showing what to expect from the series' last season. The sixth season will focus on family and loyalty within the women and the original cast is set to return for a reunion.

Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, Drita D'Avanzo, Carla Facciolo, Karen Gravano and Renee Grazinao will return to the series and will be joined by newcomers, Brittany Fogarty and Marissa Jade.

Based on the trailer, a lot of things are about to happen before the cast gets their final sendoff. And while the trailer shows the good times the cast had before, there seem to be a lot of intense catfights taking place.

Friendships will be tested as old grudges resurface. Drita D'Avanzo talks about Carla Facciolo saying: how her ex-bestfriend "disappeared off the face of the Earth and came out from Karen's a**hole."

Karen seems like she'll have the hardest time among the group.

"It's always the ones that you prove your loyalty [to] who are the ones that wanna stab you in your back," the cast member said in the preview of "Mob Wives" season 6, as reported by Fashion & Style.

Furthermore, cast members Karen and his beau Storm are seemingly breaking up on-screen as Karen speculates the Storm has cheated on her again.

Big Amy hearing the devastating news that she has throat cancer as the women try to hold everything together.

In an interview with E Online, Producer Jennifer Graziano had this to say about "Mob Wives" season 6, which will be the final run for the show.

"This six season run has been a journey of exploration for all of the women and I'm proud to say they have all identified who they are outside of a world that once defined them," said Graziano.

"It was my pleasure to work so closely with people I grew up with and called family (and actual family). Not many people are afforded the opportunity to do what they love with people they love. My gratitude to VH1, The Weinstein Company, Electus, and Left/Right for an amazing show and journey we all took together. Cheers to the future for all!"
