A recurring character, T.C. Fornell played by Joe Spano, is returning in "NCIS" for Episode 15 titled "React."
Carter Matt published the official synopsis for "NCIS" Season 13, Episode 15 ("React") and it reads: "When Secretary of the Navy Sarah Porter (Leslie Hope) learns her daughter has been kidnapped, the NCIS team partners with the FBI to track the case, determine a motive and bring her home. Also McGee's childhood friend, NCIS Special Agent Valerie Page (Christina Chang), is in town to assist the team with advanced tactics training."
Carter Matt further highlighted that Joe Spano's T.C. Fornell's return in the series may be a sign of good things coming, as the character's past appearances, especially with Mark Harmon who plays NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, had always had good things going for it.
Meanwhile, fans may have to wait a little longer as Yibada confirmed that "NCIS" will continue to be on a hiatus until Feb. 9. This means that Episode 14 titled "Decompressed," which is originally slated for today, will be moved seven days after. Nothing is mentioned by CBS as to the delay of the episode.
"Decompressed" will feature a complicated and dangerous case revolving around a deep sea diver found dead. The case will take an unorthodox method for the agents as they will have to force the murder suspects to stay together in a decompression chamber for four long days, trapped with the dead body.
The NCIS agents, accordingly, must look underwater for evidence, the murder having happened only outside a high-tech decompression diver tank.
Episode 14 will also delve deeper into the story of Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham), who is going through a divorce. It was previously reported that Bishop is not thinking about dating someone new hence will be really preoccupied with her work.
"I would imagine that she would take a little bit of time for herself, to really take a moment, think about that relationship," Wickersham said about Ellie Bishop.
"Relationships are hard, and I think that being alone for periods of time is important, to learn things about yourself. I think that's what Bishop will have to do."
