The PBS teaser said that the Dowager Countess will find that she is nearly alone in this fight for the hospital to gain its independence. She finds that she won't have the support that she needs.
The Dowager Countess isn't too happy after her dinner with the minister of health goes awry. Added to that, Dr. Clarkson's (David Robb) sudden change of heart has her on the losing end.
