Mars has had a successful run with his previous albums. His most recent record "Unorthodox Jukebox," came out in 2012 and has won grammy awards, while his debut album "Doo-Wops & Hooligans," broke two million.
For 2015, the singer has kept himself busy by appearing and co-writing other hit albums. Mars and Mark Ronson released the song "Uptown Funk," which dominated the charts for 14 weeks straight, revealed Forbes.
There's not much news on Bruno Mars' new album, which is rumored to be released in 2016. In May 2015, a fan asked the musician about his third record and Mars gave a vague answer.
"Can't say much but just know that this next album will be my third album," replied Mars. "Huh?"
Meanwhile, it has been reported recently, that Bruno Mars may share the Super Bowl 50 halftime show's stage with Coldplay and Beyonce.
The singer himself headlined the Super Bowl show at the MetLife Stadium in 2014, impressing the massive crowd with his dancing, singing and stint on the drums, reported the International Business Times.
Catch Coldplay, Beyoncé and possibly a number of other surprise guest artists on the Super Bowl 50 50 halftime show. It airs on Sunday, Feb. 7 on CBS. The highly anticipated game will feature a match between the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos.
