It seems that Beyonce and Jay Z are all set to divorce.
The powerhouse couple has reportedly finalized a $1B post-nuptial agreement, apart from a pre-nup agreement which both of them have already agreed upon before exchanging "I dos."
"They have a pre-nuptial agreement already in place, but so much has happened in terms of their empire that it's needed updating for some time," a source told Radar Online. "When they went through their roughest period last year, they both agreed it was time to re-clarify certain aspects of their agreement, but it's taken months to go through all their assets with a fine-tooth comb."
The article continued to say that the couple has also "negotiated 50-50 custody terms, plus trust funds for their daughter [Blue] Ivy and any future children, along with who gets what property and possessions if they separate."
Queen Bey have allegedly been wanting to get a divorce, and have been meaning to make the split official a few months back.
"Beyonce and Jay-Z's divorce is reportedly on hold...again," Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.
"It's no secret that Bey and Jay's marriage is nothing more than a publicity scam at this point according to many reports. Both Beyonce and Jay-Z have been miserable for years, but at the end of the day - they are worth more married than they are divorced."
"Just a few months ago, reports hit the Internet that Beyonce had finally pulled the plug on her sham of a marriage - and the couple were meeting with divorce lawyers. Now, they have put the divorce on hold because the media exposed their plans," the site added.
"The fact that the couple tries so hard to put out a unified front when divorce rumors hit the internet, only makes them seem more trouble. If Bey and Jay were truly happy and madly in love - they wouldn't even notice the divorce rumors or feel a need to prove them wrong."
