The official Instagram account of the much awaited DC Comics adventure film "Suicide Squad" has released a new 15-second long teaser that featured a sneak peek of all the members of the squad.

In the new teaser, the "Suicide Squad" members are seen in flashes including Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), the Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), Deadshot (Floyd Lawton), El Diablo (Jay Hernandez), Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Slipknot (Adam Beach) and of course, the Joker (Jared Leto), who is given, literally, the last (maniacal) laugh in the brief teaser while he is lying on the floor surrounded by knives and blades.

While the Joker was seemingly given the spotlight in the latest teaser, it is pretty noticeable that Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, collectively, has been given more footage than Jared Leto's Joker. Some even noticed how the Clown Prince of Crime has been made to appear separated like he is not part of the group.

In the article published by The Inquistr titled "Will the Joker or Harley Quinn be the Main Character?," it speculated that Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn will have the major role in the film, highlighting director David Ayer's statement where he said that he will be using the "Suicide Squad" movie to delve deeper and narrate Harley Quinn's backstory.

According to SlashFilm, Harley Quinn is a rare DC favorite whose character was introduced first on screen and not in the comics. It was in the 1992 film, "Batman: The Animated Series," where the character debuted and it's in "Suicide Squad" that she will be making her live-action debut.

Harley Quinn is closely associated with Joker as she had started out as a psychiatrist named Harleen Quinzel in Arkham Asylum, where he fell in love with the Joker. And because of her extreme devotion to the Clown Prince of Crime, she transformed herself into Harley Quinn.
