It seems die-hard Tekken fans will have to wait a little longer for the PS4 release date of the highly anticipated gaming title "Tekken 7."

It is speculated that the game's version for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 may not be released anytime soon owing to several issues. However, fans are positive that the game developer will do something to make things work, reported Latinos Health.

The game developers have already expressed commitment to the fans with regard to the availability of "Tekken 7" on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

"I think not this time. RT @riccsardo will there be some important information about Tekken 7 at PlayStation Experience?" the head of the Tekken Team in Bandai Namco Entertainment wrote in reply to a fans' question on his official Twitter account.

The company had already confirmed during the Paris Game Week that Bandai Namco Entertainment will release another version of the game compatible for the PS4 and Xbox One.

However, the "Tekken 7" PS4 and Xbox One release date has not yet been announced. Fans are now left with mere speculations. All they can do now is wait for the company's official announcement regarding the release date of the game.

According to Yibada, Bandai Namco Entertainment is currently working to add more exciting features to the game including online matchmaking and "Scenario Campaign" modes.

The outlet claimed that Tekken's game designer, Michael Murray, has confirmed that the new version for PS4 and Xbox One will include online matchmaking features, which would allow gamers to compete with everyone around the globe.

The game designer also added that they are still trying to perfect the game's online matchmaking mode. The team is currently exploring some technicalities to make sure the feature won't cost any inconvenience to the gamers when it gets released.

Bandai Namco's fighting game "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will soon be released for arcade testing in Japan. The initial testing will start on Feb. 12 and will end on Feb 14.

The test run would take place in Namco Sugamo in Tokyo, Round One Stadium Sennichimae arcade in Osaka and Namco's Hakata Bus terminal arcade in Fukuoka.
