It's all fun and games until you start to care, and that's just what happened to Selena Gomez and ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
The "Come & Get It" singer talked to W magazine, as shared by Us Weekly, where she shared that their relationship started smoothly at first because of her mindset.
"At first I didn't care," she said. "To me it was: I'm 18, I have a boyfriend, we look cute together, we like that."
When she started to really feel something about her former boyfriend, that's when the downward spiral began on their relationship.
"Then I got my heart broken and I cared," she added. "Because people had no idea what was going on, but everywhere it was a million different things. I was kind of in a corner, banging my head against the wall. I didn't know where to go."
Now, Gomez swears that she's all over the Justin Bieber drama, although she still cares about the "Sorry" singer as a friend.
"I'm so exhausted," she added. "I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can't do it anymore."
Gomez has reportedly a new boyfriend in a sales exec, identified as Samuel Krost, and she seems to be happy with the relationship.
Meanwhile, the confession of Gomez that she has no plans of getting back together with her ex-boyfriend was reportedly a huge relief for Bieber.
"Justin feels that if he talks or sees Selena Gomez ever again, he will not have that feeling that he needs to get back with her," said the article from Hollywood Life.
