Several fans cheered on when it was officially announced by no less than the Disney CEO Robert Iger that "Indiana Jones 5" is, indeed, coming to the big screen.

Both the 73-year old actor Harrison Ford and director Steven Spielberg have already expressed their interest in returning for "Indiana Jones 5," although no official casting and crew has been announced by Disney yet.

Lawyer Herald, in its report, said that the production team already had a meeting last December 2015 and that the outline of the script is almost finished. Bloomberg also confirmed this, saying that the film is now in the early stages of production.

The buzz that now seems to circulate around the Web is who will get to play Indiana Jones and whether Harrison Ford can still keep up with the role.

Some potential names that fans see fit for the legendary role, if ever there would really be recasting, are Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, Michael Fassbender and Idris Elba.

Consequence of Sound discussed this in its report, saying that "recasting Indiana Jones is a bad idea." It highlighted that Spielberg was right to say that Indiana Jones is not James Bond and that Ford "will forever own the role."

What may be considerable, according to Consequence of Sound, is the pairing up of a younger and elder Jones for "Indiana Jones 5." One good purpose for this is to test the waters and see if the audience and fans would be open to having another Jones.

Second, the casting of an additional Jones, not an entirely new Jones, will considerably widen the scope of the story. But to make this successful, the report notes, the film must also have some clever storytelling.

So who do they think could be the "younger Jones?" The report said that the most "ideal" to take on the role of the younger Jones is Bradley Cooper as Chris Pratt is already signed for "Jurassic World" sequel and "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2."
