It has been confirmed that season 2 of "Scream Queens" will be happening and fans of the American TV series are more than happy about it.

According to E! News, "Scream Queens" will be having four new members of the cast, who are all male and will all play doctors.

Reportedly, the actors should be in their late 20s to early thirties. Will Nick Jonas be returning? Maybe, maybe not.

Christian Post shared some details on Nick Jonas' interview with The Wrap during Sundance 2016.

"I don't know. I think I'm dead for real this time. So I don't know if I'm coming back," Jonas said when asked if his character Boone Clemens will be returning.

"Ryan Murphy is always full of surprises so maybe I'll [still] end up on the show," he continued.

According to Vine Report, on season one of "Scream Queens," Jonas' character faked his death. It was also revealed later that his character, Boone Clemens, was one of the two people dressed as the red devil.

The creator of the series, Ryan Murphy might decide to cast actors with established names in Hollywood, but we can't tell just yet.

With four male actors rumored to be added, "Scream Queens" season 2 might do a shift towards having less female cast members. The first season included male actors like Oliver Hudson, Diego Boneta and Glen Powell as mainstays, but their season 2 status is not yet confirmed.

"Scream Queens" season 2 was also previously reported to be taking place on a hospital, diverting from Wallace University as the primary venue.

Movie News Guide also shared that Taylor Swift is rumored to be wooed by Murphy to join the cast of "Scream Queens" season 2.

"I love Taylor Swift. I actually called her people about her for this, but she had already booked a tour, and I said, just do one episode, but she couldn't even do that. But some day, because I'm a big fan," Ryan Murphy said adoringly.

"Scream Queens" season 2 will be returning to Fox this fall.
