"Dragon Ball Super" episode 30 is just a few days away and fans around the world are waiting for the anime adaptation of the manga with the same name.
Those who are familiar with the manga should have a good idea of what would happen next but it is very interesting how the anime is adapted to get a full experience on how the story unfolds.
The episode preview of the upcoming episode is already posted online via YouTube. The preview actually shows Gohan and Piccolo in one-on-one battle as they train for the upcoming battle.
Attack of the Fan Boy also shared a short plot teaser for the upcoming episode. The teaser focuses on Beerus' intent in recruiting Monaka and even though Beerus regards him as the strongest fighter he ever encountered, there is something different about him.
There are two very important factors to be considered from the trailer and the plot teaser. First is the intense training session of Gohan and Piccolo as we see them take down giant boulders with ease.

The manga reveals that Gohan is not actually part of Universe 7 team. The upcoming episode should reveal all the fighters for Beerus' team and with Monaka on board, Gohan could be left out.
The manga also stated that he has something academic related activity that he has to attend to which is why he cannot be part of the tournament. Hopefully, this episode would provide a clearer reason for his possible absence in the tournament.
The second factor that should be considered for the upcoming episode is the power of Monaka. The manga did not reveal any information on how Beerus convinced Monaka to be part of the team.
Hopefully, this episode would show the true power of their latest member as they prepare for the epic tournament against Champa's selected fighters.
