'The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD' Slays New Spooky Item, Hardcore Gameplay Upgrades!

The HD remake of "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" is about to get a little bit extreme, as it is set to unleash an all new complete line-up of new gameplay treats!

Most recent news revealed that a new spooky item is coming to "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD." The spooky item is called the Ghost Lantern, which naturally illuminates when it's near an evil spirit known as a Poe.

Also of note is that this new spooky lantern item is undeniably way different than the standard Lantern from the original "Twilight Princess" that lights the way and wards off awful beasties all through the game.

Nintendo, in its press release, says that "the Ghost Lantern should make the game the game's Poe soul-seeking quest much easier," as noted by Engadget.

Just in case that wasn't sufficient enough for you to get intrigued about, the upcoming HD remake "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" will moreover feature a new difficult setting called Hero Mode, which makes Link take twofold the damage and additionally, removes all heart drops.

Notwithstanding that, game players will apparently be able to unlock the Bottomless Wallet that can hold up to 9,999 Rupees.

"Link can further change how Rupees operate and hold more currency, but if he hits his limit and finds more Rupees in a treasure chest, the gems won't return to that chest any longer," the report revealed.

Aside from those mentioned, it was previously been uncovered that a Wolf Link amiibo will definitely open up the Cave of Shadows dungeon challenge arena.

"After conquering the cave, players can save a record of their remaining hearts to the Wolf Link amiibo and attempt to beat their score at any time," Destructoid reported.
