Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke seemingly appeared more than just friends in apparent outtakes from their Rolling Stone feature back in 2012. His girlfriend Rose Leslie, on the other hand, was MIA during his recent club appearance.
According to Melty, one of the pictures purportedly showed the "Game of Thrones" stars locking lips. But more than their shippers, fans of the HBO TV series went into frenzy thinking if it was another clue to the series' "fire and ice rumors."
It was also noted in the report that it was very coincidental that the picture dropped just months before the TV show gets back on the air.
There's no word yet from Rolling Stone if the picture was really an outtake from the photoshoot back in 2012. The photo though has been circulating on social media to the delight of some fans.
Before Kit Harington went public with his relationship with Rose Leslie, he was also linked to Emilia Clarke. But in 2014, he dispelled all the dating rumors.
"Don't believe everything you read," the British actor told the Evening Standard back in 2014.
"I have no desire to be courting the press with my love life. It's not my job, it's not who I am - and I actually think it's more fun for everyone to speculate."
But after keeping mum for so long, the "Last Witch Hunter" actress and "Testament Of Youth" actor both came out as a couple with a bang after being spotted holding hands and kissing in Los Angeles last week.
Emilia Clarke even gave Kit Harington and Rose Leslie her thumbs up on the relationship.
"You know, we like to spread the love on our show," she told Entertainment Tonight. "It's a beautiful thing. She's one of my best friends, so it's good."
After the couple's coming out, the 29-year-old actor was recently spotted all by his lonesome. As reported by Mail Online, the "MI-5" actor was was flying solo when on Thursday as he partied in Hollywood's Lure Club.
