Grigor Dimitrov and Nicole Scherzinger have confirmed that they are in a relationship, after a public smooch earlier this year at the Brisbane International tournament, reported The Sun.
The 24-year old, Bulgarian athlete and the 37-year old former "X Factor" judge, finally confirmed they are dating after months of speculations from fans and reporters alike, after their public display of affection. Scherzinger was in Brisbane for a whole week to support Dimitrov, both in his singles and doubles matches.
"They're completely besotted with each other," said a source. "But they have been careful not to be pictured together because they don't want the pressure of the relationship being in the public eye."
In 2015, Scherzinger split up with her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, after a seven-year relationship. It seems the two have remained friends, when they publicly wished each other good wishes and love for the future. Dimitrov also split up with his fellow tennis player Maria Sharapova, after being together for two years.
The pair have been tight-lipped when it comes to their relationship. Rumors of the two dating, surfaced in November 2015 and despite their age difference of thirteen years, Grigor Dimitrov and Nicole Scherzinger are reportedly enjoying each other's company.
"Lewis knows and is very unhappy," claimed a Perez Hilton confidante in November 2015. "It's made him realize he isn't over her. He's been desperately trying to talk to Nicole over the last few weeks."
Meanwhile, Scherzinger has been spotted on the front row at New York Fashion Week and recently partied the night away at a West Hollywood hotspot, the Warwick nightclub. The singer wore a double-leather ensemble, which showed off her figure. She matched her outfit with black stilettos and a felt fedora, shared the Daily Mail.
On the other hand, the sportsman has been focused on his tennis matches. He lost his latest match to American, Rajeev Ram Saturday, in the Delray Beach Open semifinals, reported Yahoo! News.
Grigor Dimitrov and Nicole Scherzinger did not spend Valentine's Day together. The singer chose to pay tribute to Lionel Ritchie at the 2016 MusiCares Festival.
