Paramore's Hayley Williams and New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert, tied the knot Saturday in Nashville, Tenn., in front of family and friends, according to the Daily Mail.
The pair has been together since 2008 and got engaged in 2014. The two applied for a marriage license in Tennessee last month. Gilbert announced their engagement on social media, posting a picture on Instagram, of their heads cut out and pasted on an image of a bride and groom.
"Popped the question on Christmas Day! #micdrop," captioned the photo. Williams thanked fans for their well wishes, after the engagement was announced. She said she could not keep up with "sweet texts, emails and tweets."
Paramore's label, Hopeless Records announced the news via Twitter.

Hayley Williams wore a lace wedding dress with short sleeves, her bright orange hair in a low chignon. The ceremony was reportedly held at the Franklin Theater in Nashville. The bride later changed her outfit for the reception, donning a white t-shirt, with Chad Gilbert's name printed in red across the front, revealed Us Weekly.
A local restaurant hosted the reception and fans posted photos of the newly married couple, cutting their cake and enjoying their first dance, shared In Style.
Fans speculate that the Paramore Song "The Only Exception," was written for Gilbert. The Grammy-nominated tune was released in 2010.
Hayley Williams and Chad Gilbert had their share of challenges in their relationship as well. Gilbert revealed how "Ressurection," his band's pop-punk album, helped him work out relationship woes.
"Hayley and I, we'd been dating six years, and we hit a rough patch in our relationship, and it was great, being able to get that out in these songs," shared Gilbert. "It made things better for us," cited NiagarathisWeek.
