Kesha's latest dilemma with Sony has definitely caught the attention of the public. Several celebs and famous personalities have recently expressed their support for the singer.
Hwoever, new reports are claiming that the outpouring concern could be unnecessary as new evidence show that Kesha admitted that Dr. Luke didn't sexually abuse her or give her drugs. With the recent news surfacing, it looks like the singer has been giving contradicting statements all along.
"In an attempt to prove his innocence Luke tweeted a report in which TMZ had obtained a copy of a 2011 deposition from a time when the singer and the producer were involved in a lawsuit with a former manager," Celeb Dirty Laundry reported. "In a deposition at that time Kesha was asked, 'Did Dr. Luke ever give you a roofie.' Not only did Kesha answer NO to that question, she also replied NO when asked if there was an intimate relationship with Gottwald (Dr. Luke)."
The article continued to dig on Kesha's current predicament and claimed that if the singer was really abused why hasn't she filed a case against Dr. Luke? As of writing, all the public has been hearing is that she wanted to get out of her contract with Sony.
"It is interesting that Kesha's lawsuit asks that her contract with Sony be terminated yet the songstress is not pursuing legal action against Gottwald on the drugging and sexual abuse charges," the article continued. "Who is telling the truth? What really happened between the producer and the musician?"
Despite all the negative press, Dr. Luke continues to fight for his innocence. The music producer has spoken-up about the allegations and claimed that he is not capable of doing such acts.
"Imagine you or somebody you love was publicly accused of a rape they didn't do. Imagine that," he tweeted, adding "I have 3 sisters, a daughter and a son with my girlfriend, and a feminist mom who raised me right."
