The rape scandal of Kesha that involved Dr. Luke started back in 2014, but until now the battle in court continues. According to NY Daily News, the 28-year-old singer was drugged and raped by the 42-year-old record producer. She even almost died because of his abuse.

The "TiK ToK" hitmaker thought that her nightmare would be over once she gets released from her contract with Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, but the court recently ruled against her. Fans have been supporting Kesha on Twitter, but Dr. Luke claims that the rape scandal isn't true.

The record producer got tired of all the negative comments about him on social media that he decided to finally speak up and stand up for himself. The series of tweets that Dr. Luke posted on Twitter may be enough to prove that he is innocent.

"I didn't rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister," he said.

"Imagine if you or somebody you loved was publicly accused of a rape you knew they didn't do. Imagine that," the producer explained. "I have 3 sisters, a daughter, and a son with my girlfriend, and a feminist mom who raised me right."

Dr. Luke also revealed that the lawyer of Kesha is Mark Geragos, who represented Chris Brown and Scott Peterson in court. Brown was charged of attacking his ex-girlfriend Rihanna while Scott was convicted of murdering his wife. Now the attorney is pretending to care about women's right when he used to protect the men who have hurt women.

Before the rape scandal came out, Kesha testified that Dr. Luke never gave her drugs and they never had an intimate relationship based on a lawsuit filed in 2011.  According to Radar Online, the "Die Young" singer was forced to say that because she was scared of telling the truth.

Some big names in the music industry showed their support to Kesha including Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, and Lady Gaga after a judge ruled against her in her battle to get out of her recording contract with Dr. Luke.
