Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux officially got married last August but until now, the actress isn't still successful getting pregnant. Maybe that's why they resorted to adoption just like what her ex-husband Brad Pitt and his wife Angelina Jolie did during the early years of their relationship.
According to Ace Showbiz via Indian Express, the couple visited a Mexican orphanage called Casa Hogar Sion in Tijuana. The head of the orphanage, Carmen Gonzalez, revealed that the 47-year-old actress wanted to have a baby girl.
"They want this to happen as soon as possible," Gonzales said. "Jen has always longed for a daughter and Justin would love to have a son. It's been a difficult process but I'm very happy."
The website also reported that the former "Friends" star has been donating to the orphanage for more than 10 years now. The adoption rumors started a few months after Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux got married. According to In Touch, the couple was already preparing everything for their adopted daughter.
"She's ready for this new adventure. Bringing their baby home is likely to be months away, but Jen's fairytale ending is finally in sight," an insider said. "They're covering all the bases to start a family. Jen is dying to have a little girl."
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux haven't confirmed if they are indeed adopting, but there were reports that they are seeking advice from their good friend Sandra Bullock who currently has two adopted children.
"Sandra's been guiding Jen and Justin through the adoption process and helping them get over many of the hurdles they've faced already," an insider told Closer. "She has been a huge support to them."
"Jen had come to terms with the fact that having children may not happen for her, but now it's finally happening, she can't wait to finally become a mother," their source added.
