Zoe Saldana the American actress and dancer started dating Italian artist Marco Perego sometime in Mar. 2013.
It seems that Saldana is really happy with Perego and it seems her search for the perfect life partner ended here. Marco surprised the world by taking up the last name of his wife after they got married.
Popsugar posted cute pictures of the couple and they really look great together. Saldana and Perego had tied the knot in Jun. 2013 and the different thing about this couple is that they took each other's last names.
Huffungton post and business insider revealed that Perego reversed the age-old tradition and adopted Saldana's last name to become Marco Perego-Saldana or Marco Saldana. And Zoe took the last name of her husband as per tradition and became Zoe Saldana-Perego or Zoe Perego.
US Magazine talked in details about how the children were named. The twins who were born in Nov. 2014 shared the last name Perego-Saldana. They are called as Bowie Ezio Perego-Saldana and Cy Aridio Perego-Saldana.
"We hyphened, I'm Saldana-Perego and he's Perego-Saldana," stated Zoe. ''I was a gentleman and I allowed the boys to be Perego-Saldana. I'm like, 'Your name needs to go first. But no, it was his decision! We just let everybody be! It's like, whatever you want to do."
Last year in June when Zoe attended the Jimmy Kimmel show she talked at length about her relationship with her artist husband. "I tried to talk him out of it. I told him, 'If you use my name, you're going to be emasculated by your community of artists, by your Latin community of men, by the world" stated the ''Infinitely Polar Bear'' famed actress. "Ah, Zoe, I don't give a s--t," was the response of Marco.
