Justin Bieber might just be the newest stellar addition to the "Pitch Perfect" cast as a recent report reveals that the pop star expressed much interest in joining "Pitch Perfect 3."
In an exclusive report by Hollywood Life, it said that following his appearance in "Zoolander 2," Justin Bieber is "ready to take on Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson and the rest of the Barden Bellas in 'Pitch Perfect 3.'"
"Rebel and Justin exchanged pleasantries at the [Jeniffer Lopez] concert that consisted of talk about working together and she mentioned that he should do 'Pitch Perfect 3' since they are mutual friends with Adam DeVine," a source close to Justin Bieber told Hollywood Life.
The same source added, "Obviously this wasn't a business meeting but it seemed like something that could blossom into something fun and was highly considered. Justin was definitely for it."
Hollywood Life added that with Justin Bieber's looks, voice and moves, he can definitely make a great Treblemaker.
This idea is shared by Hollywood Focus, who said in its video, that if Justin Bieber indeed makes the cut, he should become a member of the Treblemakers.
Rebel Wilson who plays Fat Amy recently confirmed that she is, indeed, reprising her role for "Pitch Perfect 3" and that the third installment to the worldwide hit musical comedy franchise will start filming very soon.
"Definitely. We're filming that in the middle of 2016," Wilson said. "It's crazy that our little musical theater lovefest turned into a huge franchise."
Also in a recent interview, returning director Elizabeth Banks, when asked about what she is most excited about "Pitch Perfect 3," she said, "Well, I don't want to tell you very much about what we're planning. I think I'm really excited to figure out what the big cameos are going to be."
