Those who are interested in "Doom 4" will be glad to know that pre-orders are already being taken for those who can't wait for the release date.
North American and Australian Xbox Stores are already open to taking pre-orders for both the standard and collector's edition of the game. Also, the new trailer announced the release date for fans and gamers who have been patiently waiting for the game to be available.
"The Xbox Store and Amazon are offering a pre-order of Bethesda's "Doom 4," according to MNR Daily. "The pre-order is also being packaged with Doom 1 and 2 for free, which can be played on the Xbox 360. The codes will be emailed after seven days from the pre-order."
The standard version costs $59.99 and the collector's edition is priced at $120. The collector's edition comes with a 12-inch statue of the Revenant demon made by Tri-Force and stands on an LED-lit base.
There is also a "Demon Multiplayer Pack" that is included. It reportedly has a unique Dragon-themed armor set along with skin variations, six exclusive metallic paint colors, six hack modules and even three iD logo patterns that are applicable to both the weapons an the armor, as reported by WCCF Tech.
In other news, there will be a beta held for those who are itching to play the game ahead of time. However, there is no exact date or update announced by Bethesda.
The release date for "Doom 4" is on May 13, 2016. Gamespot reported that the game will launch globally for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
"Doom" is an upcoming first-person shooter video game that is a reboot and also the most recent game installment in the series.The game will reportedly take place on Earth and will also feature a gameplay that is reminiscent of the original "Doom" games instead of featuring the newer kinds.
