Since Apple hasn't announced any new Macbook from September last year, many are speculating that launching of a new Macbook computer will be conducted as early as March this year.
Master Herald stated in its report that the Apple Macbook Pro, alongside its contemporary laptop Apple Macbook Air, will be launched in an Apple event which will happen between March 15 to 20.
The report also noted that when the tech firm launched their Apple Watch, the new Macbook and other more devices during their "Spring Forward" event last year, it didn't include a new laptop offering from the company. Many sees this as a good angle to watch over as the tech giant's upcoming devices would probably be all released in a single event this year, with the definite month still unknown.
In a separate report by Christian Today, contrary to what was revealed in the above report, it mentioned that after a Macbook Air release in March, a Macbook Pro unveiling in June during Apple's annual WWDC event will take place.
Furthermore, the report also stated that changes in the specifications of the Macbook Air will include reduction of weight and the replacement of its longstanding Haswell processor into the Skylake processor to compete with the recently released computers bearing the same type of engine. This could also be Apple's way to reboot their Macbook in order to keep up with the market competition. The change is expected to contribute to the laptop's extended battery life.
Supposed screen sizes for the new Macbook Air is said to come in three sizes, a 12-inch type, a 13-inch model and a 15-inch version, Master Herald reported.
In addition to the report, it is likely that the Apple Watch 2, the iPad Air 3, the iPhone 5SE alongside the Macbook Air 2016 will also be announced this March.
