The launch of the new generation MacBook Pro 2016 may be nearing as another Apple authorized reseller is offering huge discount plus freebies for the current 15-inch MacBook Pro 2015.
In its report, Apple Insider said that B&H Photo, an authorized Apple reseller, is offering the "industry's lowest net prices on Apple's current lineup of MacBook Pro retail configurations and all iPad Pros, with free shipping and no sales tax for customers outside NY."
As detailed by the report, B&H Photo is offering Apple's Mid 2015 15-inch MacBook Pro at a discounted price of $2,179.00, with a huge cut of $320 from its original price. This new price, according to Apple Insider, is the lowest price seen this year for the said MacBook Pro model. The entry level 15-inch MacBook Pro also comes with a discount of $170 to arrive at a new price amounting to $1,829.00. Both offers also come with a free Ruggard Leather Laptop Stand in variants of Ivory, Belgium Red or Black.
And that's not all! Another authorized Apple reseller, Adorama, offers both models with even larger discount, as much as $400. And aside from the discount, buyers will also get a free shipping, a free Canon PIXMA AIO AirPrinter-ready printer and no sales tax for customers outside NY and NJ. The package also comes with two additional years of AppleCare.
Depending on the deal chose by the customers, Adorama also throw in more free gifts like 32 GB Apple TVs, Super Drives and AirPrint Printers.
Meanwhile, Forbes writer Brooke Crothers advised Apple customers to wait before buying the much awaited MacBook Pro 2016. In his report, he said that the processor update, from Haswell to Skylake, is a "virtual certainty" so customers should make sure that the processor upgrade has been integrated with the new laptops. If not, they may want to just wait for the next updated laptops.
