Chapter 81 of "Boku no Hero Academia" is already online thanks to Manga Here. The current chapter continues the story arc where the students are under attack by different villains.
The teachers are also in the fight as they also try to protect the students and themselves against powerful enemies. Before any predictions on what will happen in the following chapters' here is a brief recap.
Bakugo and Tokoyami were taken by The Magician against their will as Deku could only watch and intimidate the villain through his words. The Magician abruptly leaves as Deku and the gang tried to catch up to no avail. On the other hand, Momo and Awase are running away from Noumu as he was able to injure Momo and nearly brush off his chainsaw hand to Awase.
The Noumu abruptly changes direction which greatly surprises Momo and Awase. It was later revealed that the villains are only interested in Bakugo while the 'Magician' taking Tokoyami is just a part of the prize. The villains gathered in one place where they were abruptly interrupted by the presence of Deku, Shouki and Todoroki who has somehow got the upper hand against the villain.
User Demonspeed from Manga Helpers speculates, "Looks like Aoyama isn't the traitor. We all know Deku won't die but he is really trying to do too much. And with the stuff about Bakugo I think this arc will be a turning point....Bakugo will most likely get kidnapped and Deku will not only feel miserable but become unable to move for months or more."
On the other hand, user 2LazyToPost on Reddit predicts that someone else will be there to help the group, "I don't see how the heroes (Todo, Deku, and Shouki) win here without backup, especially because Noumu is coming. Wonder if they can un-compress Bakugo and Tokoyami." If the back for Deku and company arrives in time, then it will become an epic battle between the villains and heroes.
