A prosecutor's investigation revealed that Mr. A used only a portion of the money he received for his photo shoot, while the rest was intended to pay off personal debts or use it for gambling.

The prosecutor concluded that Mr. A was not capable of paying the profits from the beginning and that the act of receiving the money was a fraud.
