Actress Angelina Jolie criticized the anti-immigration policy of US President Donald Trump.

Jolie, a goodwill ambassador to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), told a New York Times article on Friday (February 2) that "refugee policy should be based on facts rather than fear," he said. .

"It is not true that the borders are flooded and the United States accepts refugees without close scrutiny," Jolie said. "It is not the fact that the most intruder in the United States is a refugee."

Jolie said, "It is not our way to go to the refugee to lock or discriminate," she said. "It is not our actions to act out of fear, nor does it show that measures aimed at the weakest people are strong."

She also talked about children who were born overseas and adopted by Jolie, and biological children who were born overseas. "As a mother, I hope they all live in a safer America, of course."

Jolie also mentioned that US diplomats joined the United Nations' efforts to encourage compliance with international refugee regulations.
