Sex lowers risk for heart attack risk. Sex is a good way to raise heart rates and it helps the body maintain estrogen and testosterone balance. And lastly, it keeps the body's youthful glow. Couples who had sex more often (four times a week on average) were seen to be approximately 12 years younger than their age.
