The "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" release date may be September of this year.
Instead of a typical December release, Design&Trend reported that a retail website suggested that the "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" release date may be on Sep. 2015. The exact date is still unknown. However, the recent rumor coincides with the release dates of previous titles.
"Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution," "Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1" and "Ninja Storm 2" came out early in the fall. The game will be released for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It was previously reported that Ten-Tails, also known as Jubi, is set to make an appearance. Gamakichi and Obito Uchiha will be playable in CyberConnect2's upcoming fighting game.
"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will have 80 playable characters and 7 supports. It will include characters that appeared in the manga and in "Naruto the Movie." A concept art for the game has also been posted revealing the Team 7 trio's battle against Ten-Tails.
Geek Snack reported that Rikudo Madara, also known as Six Paths Madara and Junchuriki Madara, is going to be a playable character in "Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." He will be taking part in an epic boss battle where Naruto and Sasuke will have to defeat him.
Hanabi Hyuga was chosen as the lead character for the game. She was previously playable in the PS2 title "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Accel 2" but there was not much about her in the manga before. However, now that she was featured in "The Last: Naruto the Movie" and Kishimoto-sensei presented her personality, she was confirmed by Hiroshi Matsuyama, the CyberConnect2 CEO.
The biggest change was made to the Leader Change system in "NS: UNS4." Previously, the team consisted of the main character and two other supports but now all three characters can be used by the player and are able to fight fluidly with the updated feature. Moreover, each character has the ability to use Ultimate Jutsus and Awakenings.
