Louis C.K. has a joke about Starbucks coffee not being the best.
The comedian’s joke may ring very true for a woman in Phoenix, who found a tiny lizard in her venti sugar free latte this week, according to Eater.
“I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ I was almost going to swallow it,” stated Kim Dillon.
“It was just so gross knowing it was in my mouth.”
Dillon and her husband put the reptile remains into a bag and took it back to the coffee shop, where the employees apologized for the incident, according to Huffington Post. The staff at the Starbucks location reportedly offered the couple gift cards, which they turned down.
A Starbucks representative reportedly told ABC15.com that it was disturbed by the news and would investigate the matter further.
A representative for the Fry’s Marketplace, where the Starbucks was located, reportedly stated that it is having a pest control company go over the property thoroughly.

The couple reportedly haven’t said if they plan to sue following the incident. The lizard reportedly came out of the cup with only its body and tail, as seen in the photo.
“Where are the legs? Where’s the skin?” asked Dillon.
“It just makes me sick.”
Dillon’s husband, Brian, was equally as disgusted with what came out of his wife’s coffee.
“It was a lizard. A little lizard! That she drank. That went into her mouth,” Brian stated.
