Kim Kardashian is literally all over the news this week, especially after going full frontal and exposing her backside on the latest issue of Paper magazine. However, even before the talk subsides, she may hog the headline again once OK releases its issue on November 24. Among its pages is a comprehensive diet plan for her baby North West, which doesn't include any type of sugar.
According to some reports, North, Kim K and Kanye West's baby, is following a very strict diet made up of organic food, particularly fruits and vegetables. The baby doesn't eat any type of processed ingredient, but also there's no sugar. A personal chef then needs to follow the baby's diet correctly.
You may be raising your eyebrow right now, questioning her parenting skills (What kind of parent deprives children with sugar? you ask), but Kim only has good intentions for her only child: she wants her to be healthy.
Nevertheless, perhaps Kim K would like to give in once in a while, as reports also suggest that the baby does feel upset when she sees other children her age eating something sweet, say, a cookie, their parents occasionally give them.
Kim K isn't the only parent who follows a strict diet for their children. Gwyneth Paltrow, the A-list celebrity who is also regularly subjected to criticisms because of her rigid diet methods, is alleged to prevent her kids from anything carbohydrate such as pasta, breads, and grains. According to her, her household is actually allergic to gluten, a common protein composite that's found in wheat. A person who is intolerant of gluten may develop Crohn's disease.
Paltrow, who also maintains a lifestyle website called Goop, has also tried quite drastic types of diet including a macrobiotic eating plan and detox cleanses made up of lemon and kale. On many days, she also eats only salads.
