"Dragon Ball Super" episode 13 featured the final scenes of the Beerus vs. Goku fight.
Attack of the Fanboy reported that the latest installment in the series showed the power struggle between the Super Saiyan God and the God of Destruction. In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 12, Goku and Beerus exhibited their full powers and continued to shake up the universe.
The episode showed how Goku and Beerus seem to have the power to destroy the universe. Whenever the two Gods exchange blows, the effect can be felt throughout Earth and further in the galaxy.
It was previously reported that the "Dragon Ball Super" episode 13 title seemed to imply that Goku may become even more powerful than his current Super Saiyan God form. This could also mean that he might be able to defeat the God of Destruction this time.
According to the publication, the first half of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 13 is just Goku and Beerus fighting without anyone gaining the advantage. Afterwards, a bright explosion covered the Earth but faded away just as easily.
The Super Saiyan God and the God of Destruction decide to forego sending each other energy blasts and opted to box each other instead. Things get even more exciting when Goku's Super Saiyan God form disappeared, transforming him to a normal-looking Super Saiyan.
However, he still has the power of a God and was still able to match the God of Destruction's blows. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 13 ended with the two opponents smiling.
In another report, AOTFB revealed the titles for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 14, 15 and 16. Episode 14 is entitled "Conclusion! The Battle of Gods," which airs on Oct. 11. This could also mean that the series' "Battle of Gods" arc will end and will continue on with the "Resurrection of F" story.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 15 is entitled "Satan, Cause a Miracle!" and will be aired on Oct. 18. Episode 16 is named "Vegeta Becomes a Pupil!"
