Ziva David is still not returning to "NCIS" season 13. To date, there has been no news on whether or not Cote De Pablo's character will be making a comeback.
With or without Ziva, though, Agent Leroy Jethro Gibb's team still managed to solve a cold case. Although the next case is still expected to be a win for the team, it is speculated that Agent Tony Dinozzo, played by Michael Weatherly, will be heading for a loss, as Ecumenical News has pointed out.
Although this "NCIS" season 13 spoiler does not automatically mean that Tony will not be able to solve a case, it does suggest that he will be feeling quite lost or defeated. In "Saviors," which is the week that is scheduled to air next week, Tony will be encountering one of his former girlfriends once again.
Unfortunately, despite high public demand, it will not Cote De Pablo's Ziva David. It must be noted, however, that Ziva has been one of the most requested "NCIS" season 13 comebacks. This should be something Cote De Pablo should be happy about.
The ex-girlfriend that Tony will be meeting one more time is Jeanne Benoit, played by Scottie Thompson. Tony's relationship with Jeanne was a rocky one, to say the least. They had first met each other when Tony was busy investigating the involvement of Jeanne's father in an arms dealing syndicate. When her father died, she had even blamed Tony for killing him.
Seven years after their split, they meet again. This time, however, Jeanne is married to a volunteer doctor. Considering that there was no actual closure between the two, fans are expecting sparks to fly when they meet each other again. Some fans, however, are expecting their encounter to be just as awkwardly heated when they broke up.
