Rihanna's highly anticipated new album "ANTI" is almost complete but there's something that's causing a delay in the release of the album.
According to songwriter Glass John, who is currently working on Rihanna's new album "ANTI," the singer's rumored boyfriend Travis Scott is the one to be blamed for the delay in the release of the album, reported Hollywood Life.
John, who wrote the track called "Kiss It Better," took to micro blogging site Twitter to reveal that Scott, who is co-producing Rihanna's new album, has forced the signer to push back the album's release.
"Travis keeps putting doubt in her mind," John tweeted, according to IBTimes. "The album would've been out on Christmas. If Travis hadn't convinced Rihanna that it wasn't good enough. What has he produced to say this!!??!!!"
John claimed that the album has been completed already, but Travis Scott has convinced Rihanna that she needs to make a "trap hood ghetto nasty bitch mommy album."
"I'm fighting to get 'Kiss It Better' to the world... But Travis Scott has been delaying it," John wrote, according to Daily Mail.
"He's wasting valuable studio time trying to come up with a song that can top 'Kiss It Better' and he cannot because it's the best d--- song."
The songwriter noted that Scott was the one who named Rihanna's new album as well as selected "Bitch Better Have My Money" as its lead single. Originally, Glass John's track "Kiss it Better" was to be the first single.
While Rihanna is yet to comment on John's alleged accusations, Scott responded on the matter with a simple Snapchat message that reads "Don't believe this shit" along with a frustrated emoji.
The soon to be released album "Anti" would be Rihanna's eighth and first since 2012. The new album has been teased for quite some time now, but an exact release date is yet to be announced.
