There were reports that Katy Perry and John Mayer are dating again as the two were recently spotted leaving a hot spot together just before New Year's Eve.
The on-again, off-again couple went to The Nice Guy restaurant and lounge in West Hollywood on Dec. 30, 2015.
According to E! News, the 31-year-old pop singer and the 38-year-old musician got in the same car and the "Roar" hitmaker can be seen hiding her face from the paparazzi. It seems that they are celebrating the holiday early because both have shows on the 31st.
The songstress performed in Wynn Las Vegas Hotel while her alleged boyfriend and his group the Dead & Company played at the Forum in Los Angeles. Just a few hours before Katy Perry and John Mayer were spotted dating in West Hollywood, the supergroup also performed in the same venue.
Despite the busy schedule, the two managed to take time to see each other. They seem to prefer having a low-key relationship and haven't confirmed yet if they are dating again. Katy and John had split up on February 2014, but they were still spotted together in separate occasions which started out rumors that they have reunited. Back in May, the lovebirds were seen having a great time in Disneyland.
"The two seemed like they were back on during their magical date at the happiest place on earth, where they were seen walking around the park holding hands and looking romantic," an eyewitness told Us.
According to a separate source, John Mayer tried his best to get Katy Perry back and it seems to have worked. They were spotted getting cozy at the wedding of their friend Allison Williams last September.
"He worked his way back into her good graces," the insider revealed. "He's trying not to mess it up."
The two haven't confirmed that they are dating again, but the photos are enough to confirm that are back together.
