Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been together for more than a decade and faced many trials along the way, but would the latest crisis finally lead to divorce?
According to a new report, the 40-year-old actress is suffering from extreme weight loss. The 52-year-old actor is allegedly frustrated that his wife refused to eat.
National Enquirer reported that Angie's weight has dropped to 82 pounds which is quite alarming according to a doctor from Scottsdale, Arizona.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the tabloid contacted the doctor to get his medical opinion. After examining the photos of the actress, he would immediately admit a person in that condition to an inpatient behavioral treatment center.
"Angelina Jolie, or any other patient who looks this thin, needs the medical assistance of psychiatrists, cardiologists, nutritionists and supportive family members," the doctor said.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have dismissed many divorce rumors in the past so the latest one that involves her health may not be enough for the couple to end their marriage. The "Maleficent" star has undergone major surgeries within two years, but her husband has always been by her side.
During an interview with the Today Show, the actress praised "The Big Short" actor for his support.
"I knew through the surgeries that he was on my side and that this wasn't something where I was going to feel less of a woman, because my husband wasn't going to let that happen," she said as reported by Mail Online.
Brad Pitt also told the host that he would do whatever's got to be done to keep the family together as long as possible. However, it will be difficult for the actor to deal with the situation of Angelina Jolie won't be helping herself.
According to National Enquirer, there were times that she won't eat any solid food the entire day or just sleep all day and not eat anything. Brad Pitt has reportedly met with medical experts to help him show Angelina Jolie that she's slowly killing herself and he even threatened to divorce her so she would fix herself up.
